March is designated Women’s History Month by presidential proclamation. In honor of this designation, we at the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce are featuring women in business throughout the month!

Roxie Rose is the owner of Powder & Ink Permanent Cosmetics and Tattoo Studio which is located in the CAN BE Incubator in West Hazleton.

Ms. Rose has lived in the Greater Hazleton area most of her life. She graduated from Hazleton Area High School in 2010 and then graduated from college in 2013.

She is the proud owner of her small business since 2019!

Roxie has a true passion for makeup and art. She told us that she has been creative as long as she can remember and that as she got older she fell in love with makeup and the idea of how it can change someone's appearance. When she realized she could do tattoos and permanent makeup she made the decision to push herself into the field as soon as she graduated from college.

Her goal is to be able to help others look how they feel on the inside and she gets to do that everyday!
