March is designated Women’s History Month by presidential proclamation. In honor of this designation, we at the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce are featuring women in business throughout the month!
Today we spotlight the MEDICAL FIELD!
Christine Cabell, M.D. is double board certified in Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatology Surgery. She is a Hazleton native and is a graduate of MMI Prep.
Christine received her MD degree from Penn State College of Medicine and completed an internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at Hershey Medical Center. She has extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstruction for the treatment of skin cancers as well as excisional surgery for benign and malignant lesions, biopsy, and removal of skin lesions.
After over 20 years in academic medicine, Christine wanted to practice in her hometown. She is now the Medical Director of Derm Dox Mohs Surgery and DermDox Skin Solutions where she provides wellness and cosmetic solutions to patients of all ages.
