State Representative Jamie Walsh, from Pennsylvania's 117^th District, will be the next speaker in the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce's 2025 Red Carpet Breakfast series on Thursday, August 28, at Edgewood, 22 Edgewood Lane in Drums.

Rep. Walsh will update the business community on important projects he has been working on, including the status of the state budget. Attendees will also have the opportunity for a question and answer session at the end of his presentation.

The program will begin at 7:45 a.m. and conclude at 9:00 a.m. A full breakfast will be served at the upcoming program for a $28 fee for chamber members and a $32 fee for non-chamber members. The Red Carpet programs are conducted monthly by the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce as a way of providing information to the local business community and offers new and expanded business networking opportunities. Those in attendance will also hear exciting news about a new dining experience coming to the Hazleton area from the DeAngelo Hospitality Group – Carvers Reserve which is set to open in late September. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the business card drop for a chance to win a free breakfast to be used at a future Red Carpet event.
