The Carver’s Reserve, a brand new modern Italian steakhouse focusing on exceptional premium cuts and seafood is hosting a ribbon cutting and open house on Friday, November 7^th from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The restaurant is located at 695 S. Poplar Street in Hazleton. Take a peak and see an unforgettable dining experience by chef Jourdan Azevedo, unique cocktails, bourbon and moderate to high-end wines. 

The Carver’s Reserve is approximately 5,000 sq feet with 166 seats and features a main dining room, and a bar, as well as outdoor heated covered patio space. There is event space to accommodate around 25 people for private dining, and the outdoor covered patio offers space for larger groups. The restaurant will showcase expertly crafted bourbon and fine wine pairings, providing unique and immersive dining experiences.
