The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce and the Lackawanna College Continuing Education Department are offering an Excellence in Customer Service program on Thursday, April 26th.
This workshop will provide the opportunity to learn key actions and behaviors to distinguish your organization with excellent customer service. Understand customer communication styles, and needs versus wants on the path to fulfillment. Learn strategies to provide flawless customer service and how to deal with challenging and difficult customers. Realize the importance of creating positive "customer experiences" each and every time. This one-day workshop teaches skills to exceed customer expectations and achieve customer loyalty.
The program is being facilitated by Mary Kay Williams, M.Ed, SPHR and will run from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm at Lackawanna College Hazleton Center, located at 2 East Broad Street in Downtown Hazleton. The cost to participate is $385 per person.
