The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce is offering a seminar entitled The Business Surrounding Amazon AWS on Wednesday, April 24^th.

In this session, we will discuss how technology has impacted the way most businesses have been trained to operate their IT operations and data storage, and how the Cloud has eliminated the need for dedicated servers, back-up storage, and pay for what you need.

The seminar will review: What is Serverless? Cloud-enabled storage and access to platforms that are traditionally a purchase and store concept. Why use Serverless? Serverless enables you to build modern applications with increased agility and lower cost of ownership. What are the benefits of Serverless? Serverless has four main benefits: 1.)   NO SERVER MANAGEMENT; 2.) FLEXIBLE SCALING; 3.) PAY FOR VALUE and 4.) AUTOMATED HIGH AVAILABILITY.

 

The seminar will take place on Wednesday, April 24^th from 8:30 am to 10:30 am at the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce office, located at 8 W. Broad Street, Mezzanine Level, in Downtown Hazleton.
