Officials coordinating the Greater Hazleton Job Fair 2022 have announced that the event, scheduled for Thursday, March 24th has 39 businesses participating to date and there is limited space remaining for additional businesses.
These businesses and institutions will be on hand to provide educational, career and employment opportunities for those in attendance. Local and regional businesses have signed up to participate in the one-day event, which will take place at the Laurel Mall in Hazleton.
Employers seeking to locate full, part time, temporary or summer workers will be on hand to promote their opportunities.
The job fair is free to anyone seeking new or improved employment opportunities. The businesses and organizations slated to participate to date in this year's event include:

Greater Hazleton Job Fair 2022 is being coordinated by the Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce. Sponsors of the day-long program are the PA Careerlink Luzerne County, the Luzerne/Schuylkill Workforce Investment Board, Inc and CAN DO, Inc. Media partners include the Standard Speaker, Panorama Community Magazine, El Mensajero, Media Center, LLC, SSPTV News, WYLN TV 35 and Bold Gold Media.
The Job Fair will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and there is no charge for admission.
Limited space is still available for businesses to participate in the fair. The member rate to participate is $300 per booth and the non member rate is $400 per booth.
