Chaskin Jewelers Offers Grand Prize for Chamber Holiday Promotion
The 2016 downtown Hazleton holiday promotion will begin on Wednesday, November 23rd and will continue for three weeks. Participating businesses will contribute $10 which collectively with other downtown merchants creates at least four $50 prizes consisting of five $10 “Downtown Bucks” certificates. Plus, as an added bonus, Chaskin Jewelers will contribute the grand prize, a $100 gift certificate which could be used at their store in honor of their 100th year in business. “Chaskin Jewelers has been a key downtown shop offering great service and beautiful jewelry pieces for generations”, said Bill Spear, downtown Hazleton committee chair. “We appreciate the generous donation of the grand prize gift for this year’s downtown holiday promotion. It will be sure to add extra holiday sparkle for the winner!”
The Greater Hazleton Chamber of Commerce Women’s Networking Committee is holding their final woman’s networking luncheon program on Tuesday, November 29th from 12 noon to 1 pm at Top of the 80’s Restaurant, located at 3 Top of the 80’s Road in Hazleton. The event is being sponsored by M&T Bank and is open to all women in Greater Hazleton.
The Hazleton area business community and chamber members and guests are invited to take part in the 21st annual Greater Hazleton Holiday Social, which will take place at The Pine’s Eatery & Spirits, 8 West Broad Street, Suite 50, downtown Hazleton on Thursday, December 1st.
